This is a fairly tame week in terms of the Premier League. There is not that one game that massively jumps off the screen. There is just one game consisting of two teams in the top half of the table. Fortunately for neutrals, that is a London derby featuring the top team in the table.

Arsenal, which had one of its best moments over the last decade just this past weekend, is on the road at Craven Cottage. Fulham coming off a loss last time out against Brentford, is a tough test for top teams. This season at Craven Cottage, Fulham played well against each of the big six teams, including a win over Chelsea. Moreover, the reverse fixture of this game in North London required a late Gabriel winner to get the hosts all three points.

Manchester City, now seemingly Arsenal’s only title challenger, is on its way to London, too, when it battles Crystal Palace. City trails Arsenal by five points in the table. The two clubs still have a game at the Etihad to come this season. However, to win the title, City needs Arsenal to drop points.

Five of the six teams at the bottom of the table are at home this weekend. The lone exception is Southampton going north to face Manchester United. However, with just 13 games remaining for most of these clubs, it is moving time. Based on projections, the current bottom three of Southampton, Bournemouth and Everton are most likely to be relegated.

NBC coverage

The same crew from last week is in NBC’s studio for buffer coverage throughout the weekend. Rebecca Lowe has Robbie Earle and Tim Howard either side of her for Premier League Mornings, Premier League Live and Goal Zone.

On Saturday at 10 a.m., look out for Goal Rush. At that time, there are just four games. Regardless, it is an opportunity to watch the highlights and major moments from around those four grounds as they happen.

At other times, keep in mind that there is a Premier League game in 4K this weekend. That is Saturday’s finale between Crystal Palace and Manchester City.

Remember, in the United States, the clocks change on Saturday night. Therefore, the kickoffs on Sunday will appear one hour later for American audiences.
